Want to improve your personal safety awareness and learn practical self-defence skills?

Join us for a free Personal Safety Awareness Workshop open to anyone aged 12 years and over. The session will provide practical safety advice, basic self-defence training, and the opportunity to speak with local police officers about any safety concerns within your community.

This is an all-inclusive session and is open to anyone aged 12 years and over.
